Sugar, is a film garnering great buzz at this year's Sundance Film Festival. It stars Dominican newcomer, Algenis Perez Soto. From the filmmakers of last year's Half Nelson, the film tells the story of 20 year-old baseball phenom from the Dominican Republic, Miguel "Sugar" Santos. The reviews have been extremely good.There are even some clips on the Major League Baseball website.
Keep your eye out for some Sugar.
