Still some kinks to work out, but the new Dominican Island Heat website is up and running. Check it out.

Well In all great events there will be a kink or two,in the beginning. This being the second in a series of wonderful events, I for one don't for see many kinks on the horizon. Yet in still as one faces the horizon, his back is open to darkness. I can only hope that the planners of this event have learned and are secure in the fact, that they have some people they can trust at their backs. I had the pleasure of attending DIH1.It was my feeling at that time, the planners of the event had their trust in the right place.... They trusted only in God, with all others they watched theirs backs. After all they are in DR. Where kinks are major and at times the rule.
I wasn't able to get to the website and get it to work. No area that I clicked on seem to work on the homepage. Must be something wrong with the website.
I tried it more than once.
I have been trying to access the website for details but it is not working. This is what comes back when I click on the link in Anthony's blog:
The page cannot be found

I have gone to www.dominicanislandheat.com and got on without a problem. Try another browser, and see if that works.

Anthony is right. If you are using the American Online (AOL) browser the Dominican Island Heat website will not work.
You need to open the Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer to view the website.
Glad that confusion is cleared up.
See you in the DR for DIH2.
Thanks for the feedback folks. This is the first report we have had about the site not playing. Please email us at urbaneconcepts@gmail.com for any additional problem.
This is a flash site which most browsers have. Thanks again for the comments, hope to see you there.
I have dial up and it took at least 3-5 minutes for the website to load. When it finally did, I could not get anywhere within the site. While I'm in cyberspace, I, like many others, am just barely in orbit and this new "flash pot" system I guess is not on my browser. I want to visit the site, but I'm "Lost In Cyberspace". Help
On the DIH webpage it speaks of a film that was shown at 2005 DIH called "For the Money". I am very interested in seeing this film and wonder if anyone can direct me to a website where I can purchase this film on DVD or VHS.
Many Thanks. Hope to see you all at DIH2.
Anthony, the site is absolutely fierce! Very well done. Very classy.
Eddie
