Regular readers of this blog have noticed that I haven't been posting much lately. And honestly, I'm tired of talking about the weather here, the curfew, and other nonsense. I just don't feel like I have anything new to say, or to add anything constructive to the diaspora of blogdom. I don't want to stop blogging completely, but I am tired of feeling the need to blog about something, anything. So please bear with me, while I work on finding my "purpose" with the blog again.
In the meantime, a friend went to Cuba recently, and sent me some great photos of his visit.

While surfing on the Net I found your blog, I stopped at it to have a rest and I explored it. There is interesting stuff displayed. Now I continue my surfing…
Make a stop at my blog, if you wish. Ciao.
The Blog is great. I certainly understand your plight and look forward to continue to reading your blog. The pics from Cuba are great. Thanks for sharing!
It's called "writers block." Don't worry. It will pass... The pictures of Cuba are wonderful. I have been there several times (for educational reasons, of course)and can say that the arquitecture, culture, people, ambiance, and the men are great! I, and many others, wonder what will happen to tourism in the DR, PR, and other Caribbean spots once the U.S. embargo is over and travel restrictions to Cuba from the U.S. are lifted.

You need a vacation... panama, anyone?
:-)
Anthony, take your time. Whenever you do blog you're on, so take a break, recharge, and post at your leisure. Those photos really are superb, by the way, and any photospreads, nature scenes, "Twitter"-style entries, jokes about the new subway (that my friend Leonel's mother rode on), etc., are all welcome too.
A picture is worth a thousand words they say. If you can send pictures, you need not say one word
I've really enjoyed your blog, Anthony, both the writing and the pics, especially of the gorgeous guys in the D.R.
I hope your Muses return soon.

Anthony, all you need is a few days in the snow, cold and wind and I think you would snap out of it really quickly....I know I snapped back into it very quickly after I left SDQ and returned home.
What you need is a few days of snow, cold and blowing winds and then you will perk up quickly. I did the reverse when I left SDQ to return to all those condiditons.
Tony, stop being so hard on yourself...It is what it is....don't loose any sleep over it...
Thanks for sharing all your
experiences...the good...the bad...and the ugly......
