I showed some photos from a gym I found online a few posts ago. I had never been to the gym. Many people wanted to know where the gym was and asked me about it. I told them I don't know where it was exactly, blah, blah, blah. No one wanted to hear that. So then a Dominican friend of mine calls and says why don't we go and try to find that gym. And that is what we spend our afternoon doing yesterday, driving around the Invivienda section of Santo Domingo looking for this gym. It took some doing, but we found it. The photo above says Sauna, Massages, Spinning & Aerobics. Unfortunately, none of those things are offered there. It is all about weightlifting.

Its all good working out! but if they spend half the time in school, finding a job, learning a trade! besides building the body's! would help!
I would be willing to give them massages and other stress relieving techniques.
