G.A.L.D.E. Picnic Photos

Here are some photos that were sent to me by the great Francisco "Cisco" Lazala, founder of G.A.L.D.E. They had over 1700 visitors to the 16th annual picnic under the George Washington Bridge. Another one of the things that I miss about NYC.

Also, went to Gameworks at MegaCentro on Tuesday night. WOW! It was great. The place was packed with the most beautiful men and women in all of Santo Domingo. It was sort of like an after work soiree in the States.

Pretty much it seems that most Americans are going to stop traveling by air since there are so many issues with these terrorists.

So Anthony you and your QUEENIE friends made it across the bridge to MEGA CENTRO, and went to GAME WORKS on TUESDAY NIGHT! All I have to say is "THERE GOES THE NEIGHBORHOOD" OMG!!! You fat, ugly queens wont leave stone unturned! So typical of Americans! Please go home, I'm begging you!!

Anthony,

Arent you content with the Gay Bars, Pacos, and Los Buggarones in the Colonial Zone? Why do you have to take that fat apetite for YOUNG men, and FOOD across the bridge to MEGA CENTRO?? Here's a suggestion...WHY DONT YOU JUST GO BACK TO AMERICA WHERE YOU CAME FROM? The people of El COnde are more your speed, and taste. Please dont spoil the innocense of the people that live on the 'OTHER SIDE' of the bridge! They do not need to be subjected to your LUST, and NONSENSE!! JUST GO HOME!

Thanks Bahian Heat for the news update on arrests and seizures in the DR as a result of the new decree. I wonder how many people in the underworld have gotten caught up in this? The word on the street is that a taxi driver who work with gays, was seen with his wife and a buggaron spread up against a wall on Independence Ave. and since then he has been without a taxi, maybe his was one of those undocumented cars that got taken. Word in the buggaron circles is that a buggaron had his apartment in Luparon raided and everything inside seized, including tv, computer, radio, motorcycle, furniture and the cops found extacy, cocaine and pot in the apartment. Some of the buggarons say he is facing up to 5 years in jail for selling drugs. I'm just visiting for vacation and it really is DRama here. The buggarons gossip more than the gay children on this island. And the gay dominicans know everthing about everyone. Remember, telephone, telegraph, tell a gay dominican sissy.

Whatever happened to Cabarete Gay Pride?

Santo Domingo Colonial Zone Apts said...

Cabarete Gay Pride was some nonsense that was made up to try and seduce folks to go to the north coast. It didn´t seem very professional and I don´t think anything came of it.

Anyone know anything about it?

Somehow, I doubt it!

Does any anyone know if there are any gay bars or clubs in Santiago.

Thanks Dan

TO: Mario Sessions, you may think you’re part of the solution…. However you are acting just like those nasty uneducated folks. And you are becoming part of the problem. If you were a good business man, one would think you would spend your time promoting business. And stop promoting the disservice that others are taking part in. I am sure you are a good business man, but when you take part in these feud, between the “Hatfield’s and the McCoy’s” you wind up looking like them. And we all know, they know nothing about business. Further they don’t even respect there host country.

As a Black businessman myself, we are all trying to grow and prosper. Don’t let the alcohol take away from all your hard work and accomplishments (this is in reference to your last comments were you had said you were drinking and you grammar showed that). Others will see this and magnify this behavior. Is this what you really want do. I have never met you and I admire your ontipernerial sprit, but please think about what I am saying.

This website MONAGA, could really be the place to go for all, as there are no news papers there to inform the gay community or those abroad what events will place, along with places to go and visit. Instead the owner of MONAGA and the owner of Bar Friends and their segregates would rather promote this feud than promote any real business.

Thanks

Very well put. I just pray that Mario will take to heart what you've said.

To the anonymous poster who thinks he's "educating" Mario,

How can you try "educating" (reading) someone about not being a good businessman when your grammar, spelling, punctuation and verb tenses are all over the damn place? True, when we post to blogs we do so informally and proper English is not always necessary, but you are posting about someone not being able to write properly. You obviously don't even know all the hideous errors you made in your own writing. Further, you have never even met the man! So pathetic. Why don't you try learning how to properly express the English language and get back to us?

And if you want to try reading someone, don't be a punk and hide behind anonymity.

I'm sorry but I have to add something else. That anonymous poster above is just too much.

As for your snide references about Anthony not respecting his host country, you are so wrong. I know Anthony personally, and I know that is not true. Anthony loves the Dominican Republic and it's people and genuinely respects them.

I'm done now.

Eddie, you were probably drunk when you this B.S. Your to dumb to except positive criticism.

This guy was correct in what he said.

Hater, Hater, Hair On Fire!!!! Who is right? Who is wrong? Writer about Mario, you are right, but Eddie are also right, writer about Mario, your grammar is BBBAAAADDDD.

Anonymous said...

Eddie....... "genuinely respects them". Why not respect them, all the time. As that last person wrote what you said was just pure Bull Sit.

Anonymous said...

Oh, I'm so sorry, it should read, Eddie you are also right, writer about Mario, your grammar is Bad. But there you go, it goes to show that no one is perfect, as I left out the word "you" from my last blog comment.

Anonymous said...

Hater, Hater... You know nothing about grammar. I am sure you spent the last four hours taping those few words together. And even then, what a bunch of crap.

Boys Boys can't we all just get along so what if some of us can't spell correctly does that make us stupid and a bad person. First of all Anthony is a great guy why are you bow beating him for having the guts to live his life they way he see's fit. Secondly he is doing something you all don't have the big balls to do move to another country so stop hating and give that brother some love and respect. Anthony has been nothing but a gracious host everytime I'm in SD and is very helpful. People who live in glass houses should not throw stones!!

I have just resigned myself to the notion that you can't please everyone.

I was just thinking about how I'm going through "bloggers" block, and I have to find a way to come back to blogging on a regular basis. But, it will be on my own terms and desires.

One point to those who seem to have so much criticism of Mario. Why not just ignore his posts?

Just a thought.

No, I was not drunk. I was completely sober when I wrote, and I’m sober now. As for your second sentence. I'm dumb? Again, you're trying to read someone about being "dumb," and your one little sentence is full of grammatical errors. I won't bother to correct the obvious. Who's dumb here? Thanks for blatantly proving my point!

And someone else posted that “just because we can’t spell, doesn’t mean we’re dumb.” Yes, it does. If you live in the U.S., public school education is free to anyone who wants to attend. Even adult education is free to those who want to learn No school supplies or uniforms required. Yes, everyone makes errors when writing, but if you can’t spell most of what you write, you are DUMB!

I won’t be posting again. So come for me if you want, you anonymous punk bitch.. You’ll be talking to a closed door. Anthony, I wish you all the best with whatever you decide to do with YOUR blog.
