Legendary Dominican Drag Diva, Lorena Saint Cartier, will be one of the performers on the 5th annual White Party Moonlight Cruise. Lorena has been around for a minute, and played at most every bar or club in and around NYC. She can been be most often be seen hosting and performing at the Escandalo Nights parties in Upper Manhattan (which is celebrating its 3rd anniversary this month!).
