yes is the answer to all of your questions....buggerones can cost from 500 pesos to 2500 pesos depending on your negotiating skills. There are several bars to meet them in Santo Domingo. Bar Friends and Eukliptus are the most common hustler bars. Cha and Gazuela are dance bars.......

I prefer Juan Dolio but Boca Chica definitely has more action and cruising. I just dont like all of the vendors and the crowds at Boca Chica.
