Looking for an Apartment?
The Colonial Zone is really hot right now with many buildings being remodeled and new shops, restaurants and apartments opening every week. I went to see an apartment the other day that was the most beautiful apartment that I have seen in the Colonial Zone. It is a condominium, but one of the owners from Spain fixed a couple of apartments up to rent. Take a look at the penthouse! The apartments are COMPLETELY furnished and all you need is your toothbrush and clothes.

Absolutely fantastic. I am sure I could not afford it but...........did you get some idea of the level of rent? Year round or on a monthly basis
They are asking $1200 (U.S.) per month for the penthouse. Though I'm sure they are open to negotiation.

Just to clarify, are the owners looking for a long-term arrangement, or are they offering it as a vacation rental - say 1-3 weeks?
you must rent the apartment for a minimum of one year
